Chile signed deals with the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to promote green hydrogen production in the country. As a part of this deal, Chile will receive a 150 million USD loan in 2023 and 200 million USDs later to develop its national green hydrogen strategy.

SANTIAGO. KAZINFORM Chile has signed agreements with the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to promote green hydrogen production in the country, the Chilean Economic Development Agency (Corfo) said Friday.

Egypt Green SPV to commission Africa's first Green Hydrogen Plant

Egypt Green SPV, a consortium led by independent power producer (IPP) Scatec is to commission Africa's first Green Hydrogen Plant. The plant will generate 15,000 tonnes of green hydrogen and at least 90,000 tonnes of green ammonia per year.
